The O. C. reserves the right to give preference to the entries of the riders who register for both CSIs (CSI2* 16th to 19th July and CSI2* 23rd to 26th July).

Entries have to be made using: FEI ENTRY SYSTEM
Important: Each horse can only start once a day and 3 in the show
Extra Stable Fee: 250,00 €
All Riders who do not inform the Organizing Committee via Fax (+351 261 984 621) or e-mail ([email protected]) of the cancellation of one or more horses included in the definitive entry until the 10th of July 2015, will have to pay a fine of 350,00€ (CSI2*) or 250,00€ (CSI-YH) per horse, through the Organizing Committee or respective National Federation.

The Hotel Golf Mar offers special conditions to all participants.

GROOMS
Requests for accomodation must be sent with entries.
The athletes must inform the O.C. of the name of his Groom.
Cost of accomodation will be at the cost of athletes.

The O.C. provides sanitary and showering facilities, located near the stables with hot and cold water for male and female.

WELCOME
The time and date of arrival of riders and horses and their means of transport must be given to the OC in order to facilitate them on arrival.
The horses will be stabled in 3x3 mts portable boxes and welcomed from the 14 July between 07h00 until 23h00.The stable manager will direct the stabling of the horses and the lorry parking as from arrival.
